Insight Dialogue for People with Asian-Heritage

Email us about program

Using the six guidelines of Insight Dialogue – Pause, Relax, Open, Attune to Emergence, Listen Deeply, and Speak the Truth – as meditative tools, we will slow down and contemplate how we meet the challenges of daily life.  Our practice will be informed by the Buddhist wisdom of the Four Noble Truths and the Three Characteristics (Anicca, Dukkha, and Anatta).  In addition, we will explore what it means to show up Asian internally and externally.  Together we will explore understandings that may be unavailable in a BIPOC or majority White spaces. Together we will co-create a safe, relational container for this practice of liberation.

Prerequisite: Previous Insight Dialogue experience and practice.

Minimum participants: A minimum of 8 people registered in order for the group to occur.  Notification will be sent earlier in the week of the practice session.
